Best Western Plus Greenwood Indy South Inn

I stopped for one night during my trip, and the room was clean and had a comfortable bed. I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the biscuits and gravy. It was nice being able to walk to the nearby Denny's.

I appreciated the room except for the mirror, the bed was exceptionally COMFORTABLE.

Liked our stay at the hotel and would come here again. Venue was perfectly clean and pleasant with caring staff and magnificent location in the area. The room was neat except for the mirror, had a good night's sleep. The staff were efficient, everything was excellent! Excellent service and a nice pool onsite.

We had an enjoyable stay with clean rooms and a delicious breakfast with plenty of options. The kids loved playing in the heated pool and relaxing by the comfy lobby area. The only downside was there weren't many shaded spots outside, but it didn't ruin our fun 🌞

The beds where very comfortable. Air conditioner was very nice and keep the room comfortable. Really liked being able to set the temperature in the room instead of guessing what it was set on.

The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the price was good.

The hotel was undergoing renovation. The room number was on the floor of the hallway when we arrived, and the bathtub would not hold water for a bath. The drain plug would not operate. We would get white things that would attach to our clothing and car. These seemed to be air born from the construction.

Nice spot near everything!

The location was super convenient, close to Franciscan Hospital and a bunch of eateries. The room was clean and cozy, and I really liked the interior access. The breakfast was solid too! One bummer was the lack of luggage carts-only one was working. Still, I'd definitely think about coming back!

The young lady that worked in the evening was so kind to help me with my computer! I don't travel much, and did not know how to make it work outside my home! She was great! Great also, seeing the pool area, and laundry area! Very convenient access to Valle Vista Country Club where I went for my friend's wedding!

No blankets!!! I have never even seen a bed made up without a blanket, and when I went to the desk to ask for one, there weren't any! That was disappointing. I was cold! Also, I did not know where to go when the tornado sirens went off! There are no instructions as where to go in an emergency!

Location was good for our kids choir compitition.

Rooms seemed old looking. Furniture was small, not practical.

The room was modern and well-maintained, just as advertised, with a picture beside the bed and the window open.

Convenient location to visit friends and also attend the Big Ten Women's Basketball Tournament. Motel staff is always pleasant and the price is wonderful compared to the downtown hotels. Greenwood mall with it's shops and eating places is a big plus. I will be back next year. Thanks again for the nice stay.

Breakfast is minimal. Usually I just get some fruit or juice and then eat somewhere else.

The room was spacious and clean. They were under construction, but we really didn't find it noisy at all (we were on the 3rd floor). Price was great!

Key card would get demagnetized easily and requesting a new imprint was done without asking for ID (security issue?) from staff that didn't know us by face.

The continental breakfast here provides a wide range of delicious food options to choose from.

Check in was easy. The staff was curteous and helpful. The room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Was very impressed his quiet the hotel was. We did not hear people in the hallways talking or even people coming and going from the pool, which was just a few doors down. Did not hear doors slamming or even people walking on the second floor. The peacefulness was refreshing. I would definitely stay there again, as it was a great hotel for a great price.

We had never stayed at a Baymont Inn and Suites location. We were pleasantly surprised. The accomodations were appealing and clean. The staff was attentive and helpful. The location was perfect for our weekend excursion.
